Michigan Court of Appeals
Summary Disposition due to lack of admissible evidence of negligence by Defendants, in regards to the accident with Plaintiff.
Trevor Allen and Magdich Law won a Motion for Summary Disposition arguing that there was a lack of any admissible evidence of negligence by the Defendants while operating the motor vehicle that was involved in an accident with the Plaintiff. This victory came shortly after the Plaintiff was awarded $100,000.00 by a Case Evaluation Panel for her severe orthopedic injuries. The Plaintiff's case was dismissed with prejudice.
