Aside from a recent, very insight-gaining stint as a plaintiff attorney at one of the biggest plaintiff law firms in the State,
David has had his hand in defending insurance companies and their insureds for more than 32 years, and considers insurance work his forte.
David’s areas of practice have included defending insurance fraud claims and suits; construction law; trucking, motorcycle, and automobile accident claims and suits, first and third-party;
professional liability claims and suits; and homeowners’ and commercial business claims and suits of all types.
David is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Michigan since 1983.
David has tried more than fifty-five cases to jury trial verdict.

David was once the indictment-signing Foreperson of a Federal Grand Jury.
Out of the office David enjoys motorcycle riding; motorcycle, auto and truck customization; landscaping; woodworking; his Black Lab “Dude”;
goofing off with his grandson; and of course, giving guidance and support to his three daughters on their post-university life’s journeys.
