Jason D. Osbourn

Associate Attorney​

Jason D. Osbourn joined Magdich Law in 2020. He is a graduate of Northern Michigan University’s Criminal Justice program and Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to joining Magdich Law, Mr. Osbourn served as an assistant prosecuting attorney where he gained significant courtroom experience. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Osbourn served as a sheriff’s deputy and as a service member in the United States Army and Marine Corps.

  • Successfully prosecuted three felony jury trials and six misdemeanor jury trials as first-chair
  • Successfully defended a civil case against a motion for summary disposition alleging governmental immunity which has since survived an appeal to the Court of Appeals

Mr. Osbourn resides in Grand Rapids with his wife and two children. Mr. Osbourn enjoys running, woodworking, and hiking.
