Nicholas E. Girimont joined Magdich Law in February of 2020 as an Associate Attorney. He is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and Michigan State University College of Law, and has been licensed to practice in Michigan since 2018. Prior to joining Magdich Law, Mr. Girimont successfully practiced personal injury law, specializing in premises liability and first and third-party No-Fault litigation.

  • Cesar Salazar v. Meemic Insurance Company: Prepared and filed a Motion for Reconsideration that was granted by Judge David Newblatt in Genessee County.
  • Ramona Hughes v. Lawrence Wolf Properties: Appealed Judge Brian Pickell’s decision on a Motion for Summary Disposition in Genesee County to the Court of Appeals, and secured a settlement on appeal.
  • Michael Wilson v. Monster Oil #2: Successfully defeated an “open and obvious” Motion for Summary Disposition in front of Judge Daniel Patrick O’Brien in Oakland County.

Personal Note

Mr. Girimont is a member of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He currently resides in Farmington Hills. When away from the office, he enjoys weightlifting, sports, and almost anything to do with the Green Bay Packers.
